All new clients at Blush are required to have a skin test for any tinting, perming or enhancing treatment (lash extensions) at least 24 hours prior to the treatment. We may also ask to retest you if you have not had the treatment carried out in Blush within a 6 month window to ensure no changes have occurred. If you book online, you will be contacted as soon as possible in regards to a skin test which is required by Blush before any perming or tinting treatment. If you book online please do not book for a following day as there will not be enough time for a skin test to be carried out properly. If you have paid for the treatment online and a reaction to the skin test occurs you will be refunded the monies, minus a £1 transaction fee. Cancellation Policy does still applies.

Due to the current circumstances, only certain treatments are available for online booking which you will be asked to pay the full treatment price upfront. If you book through myself (Emma) I ask for 50% of the treatments total cost via bank transferred. This is due to the amount of no show appointments we have received over the years.

If the Government Restrictions interferes with your appointment you have booked, i.e local lockdowns or temporary closure of salon, the money and the treatment will be carried over to a new date. If you decide to cancel the appointment and give 24 hours or more notice prior to the appointment you will be refunded the money, minus £1 for transaction fee.

BUT if the appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed completely, the deposit money is non refundable.
