CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the current circumstances, only certain treatments are available for online booking which you will be asked to pay the full treatment price upfront. If you book through myself (Emma) I ask for 50% of the treatments total cost via bank transferred. This is due to the amount of no show appointments we have received over the years.

Once you have booked an LVL, Brow Lamniation, Lash Extensions, Brow Tint or Lash Tint you will be contacted as soon as possible in regards to a skin test which is required by Blush before any perming or tinting treatment. This has to be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you book online please do not book for a following day as there will not be enough time for a skin test. If you have a reaction to the skin test you will be refunded the monies, minus a £1 transaction fee. Cancellation Policy does still applies.

 

If the Government Restrictions interferes with your appointment you have booked, i.e local lockdowns or temporary closure of salon, the money and the treatment will be carried over to a new date. If you decide to cancel the appointment and give 24 hours or more notice prior to the appointment you will be refunded the money, minus £1 for transaction fee. 

BUT if the appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed completely, the deposit money is non refundable.
